Recently, AllThingsD reported that Apple is to unveil its next iPad as iPad 3 in the first week of March this year. Now, to add more weight to this news, one more source known as iMore reports that Apple is to launch the its iPad on the event to be held on March 7th. The report does not only end here, infact it also reveals the features of the iPad 3. As per the recent rumors, iPad is to feature 2048×1536 Retina display, Quad-core A6 Apple chipset and even the integration 4G LTE data connectivity.

On March 7th, it is Wednesday, the day which Apple also chooses to hold its official events. Thus, this March on the 7th, be ready to get the next-generation iPad finally coming to hit the stores along with its amazing features and functions.

Yesterday, in our post, we also told you that Apple is to announce its next-gen iPad featuring an improved camera. This was earlier rumored by the images of iPad 3 back plate showing a different hole of the rear camera. The iMore also says that Apple is to offer the iPad 3 featured with either 5 or 8 mega pixel camera along with a high definition front facing camera allowing you to have a next level of face time video calling.

Other than these aforementioned reports, let’s have a look on previously rumors about iPad 3 saying that it will feature a slightly thicker profile due to the changes in cameras and inclusion of bigger batteries. Moreover, a feature which is in the news from the very beginning is the Retina Display.
