Droid Bionic Tutorial: Turning Off The Battery Eating LTE Connection
Motorola Droid Bionic is already in the hands of many of our friends and relative, and we have received the first complain regarding the missing LTE switch. Well, the HTC Thunderbolt users have gone through the initial horror of battery drainage at catastrophe level, blamed on the 4G radio.
Now, we have yet another 4G Android phone with similar battery drainage issues and all because of a missing switch that the manufacturer might have easily added with a widget.
How to turn off the LTE connection on Droid Bionic:
- Go to your phone settings
- Go down to the wireless and networks
- Tap on mobile network
- Now simply select network mode and choose CDMA Only
