In your article, the word “spot” is used many times. Did the author mean to say “sport”? Thanks & I’ll take my response offline.

Android 2.2 froyo is available for the Evo!and the evo does have a qwerty key board its just not a slide out its as touch get your facts straight!

keola: You’re kind of confused on the facts yourself. Unless the update comes from the carrier, it’s not generally considered “available”. And an on-screen keyboard doesn’t generally count as a full QWERTY keyboard in the hardware specs.

The evo has officially had 2.2 since aug 3rd, it was the first phone to receive the update after the nexus. I would imagine that the epic would also have it at launch.

For the camera comparison the front facing camera on the evo is a 1.3MP which is not a huge step up from VGA but could produce better video call quality as well…

Actually tried both the evo and epic for a day each, and ended up with the epic. The evo was just way to enormous to carry around. The screen size difference isn’t that much, especially since the epics is super amoled. The are both as fast as one another, plus the epic is capable of being on a phone call, and use the internet at the same time, thanks to dual antennas. That was a huge seller for me since I’m ofte using nav and need to talk at the same time.

Hi, Does the Epic have the 2.0 Andriod now? Is ther a huge difference in the Evo and Epics’ cameras? Thank you.

Android Phones are different from other phones, but some Samsung handsets are already powered by android. The Samsung Epic 4G is not a step ahead from HTC EVO.
