iPhone 4 Antenna Issue Is Software Based: iOS 4.01 Will Fix

Steve Jobs quick and simple solution for iPhone 4 Antenna issues has failed to pacify customers disappointment and now the company has announced a new iOS update that will fix the signal problem.
The iOS 4.01 will address the iPhone 4 antenna problem which thousands of new iPhone users reported from the day one of the release.
The problem of dropping signals were also reported by iPhone 3GS users who updated to the iOS 4 which indicates that the issue is software based and hopefully the iOS 4.01 will solve the problem.
Apple Insider has published the following post confirming that the iOS 4.01 will fix the antenna issues and would ship this Monday:
Readers report that Apple’s tech support forums originally confirmed that a iOS 4.0.1 software fix addressing the issue would ship early next week (as early as Monday), before the comments were subsequently taken down along with all the other related discussion about the matter.
