Why Does Apple iPad Needs A Battery Plan?
Apple is now really working on a plan that seems to have the same intentions for which Microsoft has spoiled its reputation. Why can’t we change the battery of Apple iPhone or the iPad as we can do with other phones or laptops without such restrictions. To replace iPad you have to wait for seven days when you cannot afford to wait more than a few hours.
Apple has recently announced its iPad battery replacement plan similar to the plan or simply restrictions associated with iPhone. The company will not only change the battery but the entire iPad device for only $99 with $7 shipping extra.
According to the plan Apple will take about one week turnaround from the time customer sends in their dead iPad to the time they receive the replacement. Apple suggests syncing the data first before sending it for replacement in order to save precious data.
The company has also warned that “Your iPad is not eligible for Battery Replacement Service if the product has been damaged, for example, as a result of an accident, liquid contact, disassembly, unauthorized service or unauthorized modifications, or if the product is not operating correctly as a result of a component failure.”
